ABSTRACT SUBMISSION (submission deadline is now extended to 21 Nov 2014)

  • File size must not exceed 10 MB. 
  • To submit an abstract, you must first register by "CREATE ACCOUNT". On-line submission will be available after you "LOGIN" to the system.
  • Please follow the "ABSTRACT TEMPLATE". 
  • Oral/Poster presenters are requested to register no later than 31 December 2014. Unsuccessful payment will be subjected to rejection of both presentation and peer-reviewed proceedings. 



Abstract and full paper review notification will be communicated to the corresponding author no later than 30 November 2014. Resubmission of reviced abstract and full-paper must be done no later than 7 December 2014. Final decision from editor will be sent to the corresponding author no later than 14 December 2014All correspondence relating to the submission will be directed only to the corresponding author, who should in turn distribute to all co-authors.


FULL PAPER SUBMISSION (submission deadline is now extended to 21 Nov 2014)

  • File size must not exceed 10 MB.
  • Full paper submission is optional.
  • Reviewing and editing procedures will be done by the Conference Academic Committee.
  • The reviewed proceedings will be distributed to all participants electronically.
  • Full paper is limited to 6 pages (including figures and charts).
  • Authors must follow the "FULL PAPER TEMPLATE".


  • All full papers submitted for the conference proceedings are requested to be written in good English. The full papers will not be proofread or revised by the organisers.
  • Please note that the authors are responsible both for the scientific content and grammar. 



This conference is about the research progress or technical development, where all attendance will have an opportunity to learn and discuss about all topics in the field of microscopy. Two parallel sessions, including “Biological Science” and “Physical Science”, will be organized in this conference. The author must choose one of these in the online abstract or full paper submission system. However, other areas related to biological science and physical science are also welcomed e.g. medical science, materials science, etc.

To meet that theme and to maintain the quality of the conference, the authors are urged to prepare the abstracts or full papers following the guidance below.   

  • Main technique described in the abstracts or full papers must be in the field of microscopy (e.g. light microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy and scanning probe microscopy. Experimental results using microscopy technique(s) are strongly urged to be presented in the content.


  • The title of the abstracts or full papers mustdirectly relate to “Microscopy”. The title may contain keywords relevant to microscopy, for instance microstructure, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, high-resolution electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy, etc.


  • Abstracts or full papers must be prepared in good English. If correction is needed, the authors are fully responsible to correct both grammar and typing errors before re-submission of the revised version.

Please also note that the maximum file size for abstract/full paper is 10 MB.  

Abstracts or full papers that meet the criteria will be peer-reviewed by experienced reviewers. Abstracts or full papers that do not meet the criteria will be subjected to major correction or rejection. The accepted abstracts or full papers will be published in the peer-reviewed conference proceedings, which will be distributed at the conference.
