Extended Abstract and Full Paper Submission
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
An abstract (2 pages) must be submitted by 28th February 2023 (Final Extension). The conference proceedings containing the extended abstracts will be distributed online. The conference program will be printed as a booklet. - Please prepare your extended abstract following the "Download File".
- To submit, you must first register by "CREATE ACCOUNT". Online submission will be available after you "LOGIN" to the system.
- File size must not exceed 10 MB.
- Oral/Poster presenters are requested to make a payment no later than 14th March 2023.
FULL PAPER SUBMISSION
Full paper submission for "Proceedings", "Microscopy and Microanalysis Research (MMRES)" is optional.
One registration account can submit only one full paper.
FULL PAPER SUBMISSION FOR PROCEEDINGS
- Please prepare your full paper for proceedings following the "MST40 Full Paper Template for Proceedings".
- BOTH Biological Science and Physical Science can be submitted to the conference proceedings.
- To submit, you must first register by "CREATE ACCOUNT". Online submission will be available after you "LOGIN" to the system.
- Full paper for proceedings is limited to 6 pages (including figures and tables).
- File size must not exceed 10 MB.
- Reviewing and editing will be done by the Conference Academic Committee.
- Proceedings will be distributed online to all participants at the conference.
- Submission deadline: By 28th February 2023 (Final Extension).

- Reviewing and editing will be done by the MMRES Committee.
- Expected publication date: June 2023.
- Submission deadline: By 5th April 2023.

ABSTRACT REVIEW NOTIFICATION
- The final decision from editor will be sent to the corresponding author no later than 15th March 2023.
- All correspondence relating to the submission will be directed only to the corresponding author, who should, in turn, distribute to all co-authors.
